Community Mental Health

Community Mental Health

The goal of our program is to increase access to quality mental health services.

We provide a full array of mental health services, to children (0-15), Transitional Age Youth (16-25) and adults (26-60 and above) to improve their emotional wellbeing and overall functioning. Our services include Individual, group, and family therapy, medication management and referrals and crisis intervention provided by licensed and trained peer and professionals. Our services are provided in different setting like your home, shelter, community, schools in order to increase the access and reduce the barriers to access mental health treatment.

Community Outreach

Through community outreach programs and partnerships, we increase education, raise awareness about access and mental health treatment, and how to access the services, we advocate for policy changes, and mobilize resources to address critical needs. We support the underserved communities in order to decrease access disparities among the minority communities.

Medication Management

We education the community about the effectiveness of mental health medication and collaborate with other community partners to ensure access to mental health medication.

Crisis Intervention

We provide 24/7 crisis intervention services. We provide immediate support for individuals experiencing a mental health crisis. Our trained mental health teams collaborate to stabilize those in need and facilitate hospitalized if deemed necessary.

Life skills training

We offer life skills training and support to help children and youth develop essential skills for independent living, such as communication, problem-solving, self-care, and goal-setting. Our goal is to prepare individuals for a successful transition to adulthood.
